Group Reservations

We generally run group tours Monday-Sunday, except for major Holidays.

If you already have your own vehicle for your group, our experienced tour guide will "Ride-A-Long" and guide you or your driver to each destination.  Pricing is generally $50/hour.  Please Contact Us for updated pricing details.

If you are in need of transportation, we are able to provide several options from school buses for 40 passengers to luxurious motor coaches for 25 passengers to vans for 13 passengers, and so on.  Pricing for these options is based on the type of vehicle you need, the number of passengers, and the scope of the tour.  The following price breakdown is a general estimate.  Please Contact Us for more information.

School Bus (40 passengers) - $15.00-$25.00 per person
Motorcoach (25 passengers) - $30.00-$40.00 per person
Vans (13 passengers) - $
20.00-$30.00 per person

Program & Event Reservations

If you are interested in having us run special programs, want us available to enhance your public/private event, need help in writing interpretive program plans and staffing your historic site, or presenting on a particular topic, please Contact Us.  Pricing is based on the scope of services requested and, when applicable, the length of time you need us.

To book your reservation, please call (856) 381-5936.  For group tours, we recommend that your reservation be made at least two weeks prior to your anticipated date of travel.  This will allow for enough time to work out the details of your tour such as a place of meeting, finalized itinerary, and payment arrangements.  For all other services, please call us at least three weeks prior to the anticipated event date.  **We do not have on-line booking for private group tours.

Please call or e-mail to inquire of specific pricing.  Payments must be received no later than one week prior to tour or event date.  Services will not be rendered unless payment is received.  Under unique circumstances, we are willing to work out payment arrangements.  However, this must be discussed ahead of time.  We accept cash, checks and money orders.  Please make all forms of payment out to: Revolution Tours, Inc.




Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Expect the unexpected!  We understand that there are at times extenuating circumstances that can interrupt your travel plans or events.  So, we will work with you to ease the stress of planning and try our best to reschedule or make other accommodations.  If you should need to cancel your tour or event all together and are unable to reschedule, here are the guidelines.

If you cancel no later than five days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than five days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive 50% refund.
